Starting with the first ever Year Book in 1924 of the British Elkhound Society

which was founded in 1923

which amalgamated with and became in 1936 The Elkhound Club

which in turn amalgamated with and became in 1973 The British Elkhound Club

Which changed its’ name in 2003 to become The Norwegian Elkhound Club of Great Britain

Phew….
